How much do lessons cost?
Tuition rates vary between teachers and depend on the length of the lesson. Tuition rates remain the same for online and in-home lessons. Lesson rates will increase in line with the standard cost of living after one year of lessons. The rate may increase before your lesson anniversary if you opt to switch instructors. A one-time registration fee of $50 applies to new students.
How often is tuition paid?
Tuition is due monthly. Our office will send an invoice at the beginning of each month for all lessons that took place during the previous month. A $15 late fee will be assessed for tuition that is more than 30 days past due. Lessons will be suspended if tuition is more than 60 days past due. Students may not register for events, recitals, or competitions if the tuition is more than 30 days past due. In the event of an unexpected financial hardship, please contact Renee.
When is tuition due?

Does your studio offer any discounts?
Note-worthy Experiences® offers free registration to active duty service members, veterans, and their children.
Can I pay online?
Our preferred payment method is from Zelle (https://zellepay.com) to rbordner@note-worthyexperiences.com, or your financial institution’s online payment service. We also accept Venmo payments (@Renee-Bordner). You may request an account statement by contacting Marie at officemanager@note-worthyexperiences.com. Please include your musician’s name in the memo section.

Where should I send a check?
Checks should be made payable to Note-worthy Experiences Music Studio and sent to 75 Witherell Drive, Sudbury, MA 01776. For our instructors to focus on your student and the individualized lesson plans, please send all payments and paperwork directly to our studio.
Does your studio offer free trial lessons?
We do not offer free trial lessons, as we are committed to compensating each teacher for their time spent traveling to the student’s home for each lesson. However, if a family is not sure they want to commit to lessons right away, they may wait to pay the registration fee until after 2-3 lessons, and they have decided the teacher is a good fit for them.
Referral Credits
If you are currently taking lessons with the studio and refer someone to us, you will receive a complimentary half-hour lesson credit to your account once the new student has completed four lessons.
