Music Lessons at Nashoba Brooks School

Instructor Selection
Each student is assigned a dedicated instructor by Note-worthy Experiences to assist with their musical goals, explore their musical talents, and create a personalized lesson plan to achieve the desired musical outcomes.
Music Lesson Schedule
Lessons are scheduled for once a week at a mutually agreed-upon time after school, including early dismissal on Tuesdays. If the music student is enrolled in the NBS aftercare program, the Note-worthy instructor will escort the student to and from the assigned room for the lessons. If the music student is not enrolled in the aftercare, the student’s caregiver is asked to bring the student to and from the assigned lesson room. Lessons do not occur on days that NBS is closed.
Performance Opportunities and Events
Nashoba Brooks School students who take lessons with Note-worthy Experiences are welcome to participate in all events, informal recitals, formal recitals, competitions, and adjudications. Parents and caregivers are welcome to participate in all free workshops. All details about these events are emailed to parents in our monthly newsletter.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to miss a lesson, a written notice is required for any lesson cancellations. Please email your instructor and Renee to cancel. Lessons canceled within 24 hours are non-refundable and will not be credited (unless it is an extreme emergency or sudden illness).
