We want your child to develop a genuine love for music. Everything starts with making lessons engaging and rewarding. As their enthusiasm grows, we’ll help build both their skills and confidence. We work with your child to co-create a path that’s right for them. This also gives them a sense of personal ownership over their music education.
Some students discover a deep passion for music and want to pursue it more seriously. If your child shows interest in advanced study or performance opportunities, we’ll guide them toward excellence in whatever direction inspires them most.

Optional Performance Opportunities
When students feel ready—and only if they’re interested—we create opportunities for them to share their music in welcoming venues throughout our community. Some students enjoy performing at selected local restaurants or bringing joy to assisted living communities.

Is my child ready for lessons?
If your child shows interest in music – whether they’re drawn to instruments or love to sing – they’re likely ready. For our youngest students (ages 3-4), we look for foundational skills like counting to 10 and knowing letters A-G. Our Studio Director Renee Bordner will happily help you assess if this is the right time to begin.
How do you customize lessons for different learning styles?
Every child learns uniquely. Some thrive with movement and games, others prefer structure and reading. Our teachers adapt their approach to match your child’s learning style while maintaining high standards for musical development.
What instruments do you offer?
We teach a wide range of instruments including Acoustic Bass, Bassoon, Bass Guitar, Cello, Clarinet, Euphonium, Flute, French Horn, Guitar, Harp, Oboe, Organ, Percussion, Piano, Piccolo, Saxophone, Trombone, Trumpet, Tuba, Ukulele, Viola, Violin, and Voice. Do we need our own instrument to start?
Yes, having an instrument at home allows your child to practice and develop between lessons.
We can guide you in selecting the perfect instrument for your child. Whether that’s helping you choose the right one to purchase or recommending quality rental options from our trusted partners, we’re here to help.

How much practice do you recommend?
We create age-appropriate practice goals that fit your family’s schedule. We start with small, achievable goals – even 5 minutes daily for young beginners – and adjust as your child progresses.
