Donate Musical Instruments to Help Youth in the Dominican Republic

At Note-worthy Experiences®, we believe music education should be accessible to every child. Music builds confidence, creativity, discipline, and community. Unfortunately, many young musicians around the world simply don’t have access to instruments.

That’s why we created Instrumental Angels, our nonprofit 501(c)(3), to collect donated musical instruments for a new youth music program in the Dominican Republic.

Through this initiative, donated instruments will be collected, sanitized, repaired as needed, and placed directly in the hands of students eager to learn.

If you have an unused instrument at home, school, or in your community, you can help make music education possible for a young musician.

Instruments We are Collecting

We are currently seeking donations of the following instruments:

  • Digital piano or keyboard
  • Drum sets or percussion instruments
  • Violin and viola
  • Cello
  • Acoustic guitar and electric guitar
  • Harp
  • Trumpet
  • Flute
  • Clarinet and saxophone

Even instruments that need minor repairs can often be restored and used by students.

Why Donate a Musical Instrument?

Many families have instruments sitting unused in closets, basements, or attics after students outgrow lessons or school band programs.

When you donate an instrument, you help:

  • Provide access to music education for youth in the Dominican Republic
  • Give instruments a second life
  • Support a nonprofit music education initiative
  • Help students build confidence, creativity, and teamwork

Through the work of Instrumental Angels, more than 10,000 instruments have already been collected, repaired, and placed with music programs serving youth locally and around the world.

This new program will help expand those opportunities to students who are excited to learn and perform music together.

How to Donate a Musical Instrument

If you have any of the instruments listed above, or know someone who might, we would love to hear from you.

Your donated instrument can help a student discover the joy of music and open the door to lifelong learning.

Give the Gift of Music

A single instrument donation can make an extraordinary difference. Together, we can help ensure that more students have the opportunity to experience the power of music education.

If you have an unused instrument, consider donating it today and help bring music to youth in the Dominican Republic.

Contact Note-worthy Experiences or Instrumental Angels to arrange a donation or learn more about how you can support this effort.
